Goalie School

Goalie School is for players of all ages and skill levels that are looking to gain new skills and experiences in the position of goalie in a group setting. During sessions, we will work on basic mechanics, as well as advanced skills. Agility and hand-eye coordination will also be part of the Goalie School training. They are essential for all goalies on top of the fundamentals! Every session will bring a set of new skills, as well as enhancement of lacrosse and goalie IQ. Goalie equipment can be made available during sessions for those who need it.
-Bring a water bottle/drink.
-Wear tennis shoes & athletic clothes.
-Bring your own stick, helmet, pads or borrow ours if needed.
