The LFA Football Academy, previously known as the Skills Acquisition Program, will open this fall with small group football position specific training year-round from age 5 to collegiate players with NFL aspirations!

Our Little Lou’s program (5-8) will provide fundamental development to our first timers. Graduates will progress to our Juniors training (7-12) to continue their athletic development and introduce them to modern safe tackle techniques. Juniors will progress to our JV training (MS ages), which will provide them with a more positional focus training (“Bigs” and “Skills”) while introducing them to the weight room with our CSCS certified strength staff from Proactive Performance Academy. Finally, our Varsity positional training (8^th grade to 12^th grade) will provide college level personalized positional training from local area D1 caliber coaches and players, coupled with recruiting advice and assistance to ensure that all our athletes are the most polished product for college coaches as possible.
