Lou Fusz Lacrosse is excited to announce Spring 2023 Fusz Foundations! This program is designed to give specific positional instruction to youth level players in the Spring time. Players will be split up by position: defense, midfielders/attack, face-offs, and goalies. This program is open to all 5-8th graders and begins Thursday, April 6th at Lou Fusz Training Center in the Star Room (small indoor turf field).
