Lou Fusz Lacrosse has developed a new pathway for athletes to learn and master the game of lacrosse, which has been called "the fastest sport on two feet." Our STAR program is the third step in our development model, which is intended to provide athletes with high energy instruction in small groups to maximize reps and fun. STAR program is designed to bring the best coaching to you with our satellite location model.
