LFA Boys Lacrosse Program Updates

Over the past couple of months, Lou Fusz Athletic Lacrosse has been analyzing the structure, development model, and staffing within the program. The program is thrilled to announce some changes to our boys high school leadership team, more information on high school tryouts, and invite everyone to the upcoming LFA Lacrosse Open House on January 4th!

Mission Statement

Lou Fusz Athletic Lacrosse is committed to the overall growth of St. Louis lacrosse through an increased focus on individual player development and encouraging participation of all youth around the Metro area. Through this sharpened focus, LFA Lacrosse is reshaping its program offerings and increasing staffing resources.

Increased Practice Time & Additional Training

Preseason high school tune-up practices (2x per week)
- Tues/Thurs, Jan 18th-Feb 15th, Lou Fusz Athletic Fields, 5:30-7:00pm
Summer practices (2x per week)
- Tues/Thurs, May 28th-July 25th, Lou Fusz Athletic Fields, 5:30-7:00pm
Wednesday night training
- May 29th – July 24th, Lou Fusz Athletic Fields, 5:30-7:30pm
Speed, Strength, & Agility training through Proactive Performance Academy, 5:30 – 6:30pm
Fusz Foundations Positional Training (Offensive, Defensive, Face-Off, Goalie), 6:30 – 7:30pm
