proactive performance academy

ProActive Performance Academy is designed to address core athletic qualities from a general to specific format, connecting drills and skills that benefit youth athletes through a variety of class options and training sessions.

Our approach centers around the ABCD's of performance: Agility, Balance, Coordination, Deceleration, and Speed. Using these qualities as a lens to train through, the primary objective is to approach movement as a skill and to build the technical qualities that align with the goals of the athlete.
