As we move toward the start of the Fall season, there has been a tremendous amount of preparation going on behind the scenes to have everything ready when our Lou Fusz teams take the field. Players working on their touch & fitness in the summer heat. Parents running from one spot to the next, racking their brains for ways to entertain the clan until school starts back up and a normal routine falls back in to place. The staff at Lou Fusz Athletic has been no different working around the clock dotting i’s and crossing t’s.

Chrissie Reiss, our Club Administrator, has been a one woman wolf pack working diligently to get 159 teams ready to roll! These duties include switching over birth years, to player cards, organizing 91 coaches, collecting player dues, field scheduling, Team Snap tutorials, and everything in between.

After the passing of Shawn Leven, an integral and admired piece of our Lou Fusz Soccer Club, Chrissie has filled in admirably with a lot being asked of her in a short amount of time with the club. I ask that you are patient with her, and us, as we look to build our club with the right people to complement the great staff we currently have on board. I promise, we WILL get to all of your concerns/questions/inquiries.

With the club’s 25th anniversary around the corner, this a great opportunity for all of us to take ownership in the direction of our club. In order to achieve that, we all must have a voice. With that being said, I would like to learn a bit more about what matters most to our club, from the lifeblood of our organization. I ask you to take this quick, anonymous survey about the current state, and future direction of our club; so that we can be best prepared to address club issues at our Town Hall meeting. The meeting is tentatively scheduled for the end of September.
